Step by step Best Fit Circle
1. Provide points need to create a circle
2. Click Lines/Curves - Create Best Fit Entities - Create ARC
3. Choose "By Clicking on the screen"
4. Click points
5. Choose points which getting good result of circle
6. Click Save and result as below
